Beautiful 2 bedroom units with an attached garage all on one level - no stairs. Master bedroom has two large closets, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Large open kitchen, dining room and living room area. Includes stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, fridge, stove, dishwasher, OTR (over the range) microwave, front load washer and dryer. Large pantry in the kitchen and large laundry room with lots of storage space. We take care of the snow removal, grass cutting, changing furnace filters and cleaning of the HRV filter.

1 bedroom units are approximately 932 sq. ft. with a large window in the front room (laundry room and storage), with an open kitchen, dining and living room. Spacious bedroom, large bathroom with a walk-in closet in between. There’s a large picture window in the living room giving off lots of natural light and patio door with access to the deck. Included are 6 appliances: stainless steel fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher, OTR (over the range) microwave. There is space to park at least 2 vehicles in front of the unit as well as the attached garage. These units are heated with an electric furnace and it includes central air conditioning. We take care of changing the furnace filters and cleaning the HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilation) system twice per year. We also take care of all snow removal & grass cutting.

For pet lovers: we accept cats and small dogs - maximum of 2 pets per unit.
