RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY RENTALS

Q. WHERE ARE YOUR PROPERTIES LOCATED?

A. We have properties in Ste. Anne, Beausejour, La Broquerie as well as Lorette. Visit our Community Pages for more details about living in each community.

Q. HOW DO I SUBMIT AN APPLICATION?

A. Please download and complete an application by clicking the "Application Form" link at the top of this page. Or visit our office in person to fill out the form and submit the application.

Q. HOW DO I PUT IN A REQUEST FOR REPAIRS?

A. Please call the office as soon as possible and we will send Maintenance in a timely manner.

Q. HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

A. Security Deposits are equal to half a month's rent.

Q. ARE YOUR RENTALS PET FRIENDLY?

A. Yes we allow up to 2 small pets under 30lbs. Pets require a pet deposit of $500 in our 55+ developments and $1000 in our mature adult and family developments.

Q. ARE PARKING SPACES INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

A. Yes, depending on the location, 1 or 2 spots are included. Some developments have additional powered parking spots available for rent.
