RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY RENTALS

Q. WHERE ARE YOUR PROPERTIES LOCATED?

A. We have properties in Ste. Anne, Beausejour, Tyndall, La Broquerie as well as Lorette. Visit our Community Pages for more details about living in each community.

Q. HOW DO I START THE RENTAL PROCESS?

A. Start by downloading the lease application from our website and dropping off the form to our office, located at 141 Centrale Avenue, in Ste Anne, MB.

Q. HOW DO I SUBMIT AN APPLICATION?

A. You can contact us via email (info@homepageproperty.com) and we can send you a form. Or visit our office in person to fill out the form and submit the application. We've also provided a downloadable pdf, which can be printed and filled out.

Q. HOW DO I PUT IN A REQUEST FOR REPAIRS?

A. Please call the office as soon as possible and we will send our maintenance guys in a timely manner.

Q. HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

A. Security Deposits are equal to half a month's rent.

Q. ARE YOUR RENTALS PET FRIENDLY?

A. Yes we allow up to 2 small pets under 30lbs.

Q. ARE PARKING SPACES INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

A. Yes, depending on the location, 1 or 2 spots are included.

Q. IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

A. No, all of our units are smoke free.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY RENTALS

Q: WHAT DO YOU OFFER IN TERMS OF COMMERCIAL SPACE?

A: We have retail, shop, and store space available for rent.

Q: WHERE ARE THE LOCATIONS?

A: Our Commercial rental spaces are in Ste. Anne, MB.
